• Inovio, which has never brought a vaccine to market, claims to have support from OWS for its experimental coronavirus vaccine, although it is not included in the list of OWS- supported companies. Inovio’s vaccine must be delivered by a device called the Cellectra and it has released very limited data from a phase I trial. Shareholders have brought a lawsuit against the company for exaggerating progress on the vaccine’s development and it also involved in litigation with manufacturing partner who claims that Inovio stole their technology.
